What’s the point? I was kinda sorta thinking about the possibility of an iPod Photo before they came out. I don’t know why – I’m not a big Apple fan or anything. But having seen what it can(’t) do, I have to conclude: naaah… The lack of a CF slot: that’s an important one for [...]
I just signed up for an account on Flickr [see www.flickr.com/photos/domipix] on which I’ll be putting my PaD (which is also on pbase and my own photo site) amongst other things. Flickr seems like a really nice piece of work. Might be due for an upgrade to a pro account sometime soon…
The Digital Journalist:
I like the look of this. When I first saw it (and for that matter when I first saw the original version ages back) I thought how cool it would be if you could just plug in a USB hard drive. I didn’t notice at first, but it turns out this version accepts USB flash [...]

Tom linked to some nice aerial photos on his site. The site’s in Korean, but the pictures do the talking, in case your Korean’s not up to snuff.
How to misquote: a lesson in bad journalism from Mobilemag.com. Nicola Bruno’s account of the Kodak DCS SLR/c review in Digital Photograph Review [sic] is a masterclass in not knowing your subject and freely chucking in partial snippets of quotes from somewhere else to produce a piece. And I quote: “The first 14 megapixel digital [...]
There’s an interesting article at Rob Galbraith about Vincent Laforet and his helicopter-based shooting in New York. Some great shots, especially “Me and My Human”, the lead photo.
