From WorldNetDaily: Paying for drinks with wave of the hand talks about Baja Beach Club in Barcelona (I go there all the time!) where they’re implementing an RFID chip-based payment/VIP pass system. Useful, as most of the time it seems the most suitable attire there would be nothing (I know I never know where to keep my wallet when I go there…)
"Free Internet Telephony that Just Works"

I’m getting quite into Skype. As always with this sort of thing, it’s of limited use until there’s a decent number of your contacts using it, but that’s boosted by the fact you can use it to call mobiles or even (gasp) landlines.
Lenses for your cameraphone
Another one dug up by good old Engadget: add-on lenses for your cameraphone. Might be quite interesting – in most cases, I doubt the quality of these can diminish the native lens quality by all that much. Certainly I don’t think it would on my MC60, anyway…
Nokia – Loudeye tie-in
1.4M Chinese chat with Barcelona's Ronaldinho on internet
So says Tribal Football. I remember doing internet chats for “stars” – how the hell do you organise a million and a half chatters?!
Aerial shots
Tom linked to some nice aerial photos on his site. The site’s in Korean, but the pictures do the talking, in case your Korean’s not up to snuff.
domi.co.uk has moved
I’ve now got this site running on my new server at Bytemark which I’ve been quite impressed with, so far. The only thing that I’ve noticed as a little slow is compilation of new stuff (I’m using Gentoo, so that’s obligatory) but what do you want with 64Mb?! That, of course, can be upgraded… Even Tomcat seems to run OK (no real testing done as yet).
Check Bytemark out if you want full root access to a well-connected server at a decent price.
Mr Messi
So, while I’m not convinced about Deco, Leo Messi really looks like the genuine article. One to watch for sure.
Hmmm, sexay!
Not bad, this Faria Alam bird, but not my type… googling for Faria.
Unix's founding fathers
The Economist had an interesting, if brief, article on Dennis Ritchie, Unix, C and other goings on at The Labs.
